My how time flies. I have been busy working at the Farmers Basket and loving every minute of it, I like the people, the flowers and the activity. But boy does it tire me out. Young Mark is trying so hard to make a go of it in NYC but I am not sure how much longer it will last, it is so expensive. Kim is getting closer and closer to her due date and she has been looking fabulous! However this is the first week I noticed she is looking a bit tired. My mom, well she is looking good herself but I am so sad to see her decline and it is so difficult to get her out and about now. My knitting continues, Mom had always been a knitter/crocheter, mostly working on crocheted lace but trying her hand at everything. She was always dissatisfied with her work, being the perfectionist she was, something I only partly inherited. Dylan and Katelyn both are busy with the general life of being 5 and 16. Every now and then I hear a bit about a girl friend from Dylan and Katelyn is mostly concerned about her metamorphis into being a cheetah and worried about her prey. She watches alot of animal planet. MARK is in his glory paying attention to all the ballgames. Enough for this morning.

Time is passing me by and I haven't gotten the hang of this just yet. Kim is expecting a new granddaughter to add to our family. July, she will be a firecracker I suppose! I also assume that joke will get old after bit. Mark is busy with his music and MARK is busy vacuuming up lady bugs. I am trying to do the most I can in life as I love everything and already know there isn't enough time left for me.

Well I had to give this another quick try before I put it down, need to discover how it works. Reflecting back to Friday, November 13th. Marks 18th birthday. He wasn't home. But as we were a younger family we incorporated Birthday Weeks instead as we worked 7 days a week and couldn't always plan a certain day for a birthday. We tried to do a little something each day for 7 days, like a cake on anyone of the days, a card on another, a gift on another, out to dinner on another... playing it by ear as to what we could fit in or was easiest for that day. We liked it a whole lot !

Now the other thing to mention was it was my husband and my anniversary yesterday, November 14, no we don't do anniversary weeks, maybe another time when we get more forgetful.

Start-Up

My first hand at blogging. mmm My mind skips all around like a stone across the creek having ideas come and go quickly and trying to grab a piece of life here as I touch down to add to my being. It may have a name, like intellectual disability, but it is all good for me. It is the others around me who suffer from my shortcomings. So this is where I end for today, just gathering the things on the computer to get ready for another day of writing.
